Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: March 1, 2026

What data we store

When you connect your Facebook or Instagram account to My Auto DM, we store the following information related to your Meta account:

  • Your Facebook Page or Instagram Business Account name and ID
  • OAuth access tokens (used to send messages on your behalf)
  • Incoming messages and comments received via Meta webhooks
  • Contact records for people who interacted with your connected accounts
  • Webhook processing logs

Option 1: Delete via My Auto DM dashboard

If you have an active My Auto DM account:

  1. Sign in to your My Auto DM account.
  2. Go to Connections and disconnect all Meta platform connections. This removes your access tokens immediately.
  3. To delete your entire account and all associated data, email us at dhananjay.singh011@gmail.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include your registered email address. We will delete all your data within 30 days and confirm via email.

Option 2: Revoke access via Facebook

You can revoke My Auto DM’s access to your Facebook or Instagram data directly from Facebook:

  1. Go to your Facebook App Settings.
  2. Find My Auto DM in the list of connected apps.
  3. Click Remove.

When you remove the app from Facebook, Meta automatically notifies us and we will delete all data associated with your Meta user ID within 30 days.

Option 3: Submit a direct deletion request

You can also send a data deletion request directly to us at any time:

Email:

dhananjay.singh011@gmail.com

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Please include your registered email address and/or your Facebook/Instagram account name so we can locate your records.

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Upon a valid deletion request, we will permanently delete:

  • Your My Auto DM account and login credentials
  • All platform connections and associated OAuth tokens
  • All messages, contacts, and automation rules
  • All webhook logs and processing history

Note: Deletion of data from Meta’s own systems is governed by Meta’s Privacy Policy. We can only delete data within our own systems.
