What data we store
When you connect your Facebook or Instagram account to My Auto DM, we store the following information related to your Meta account:
- Your Facebook Page or Instagram Business Account name and ID
- OAuth access tokens (used to send messages on your behalf)
- Incoming messages and comments received via Meta webhooks
- Contact records for people who interacted with your connected accounts
- Webhook processing logs
Option 1: Delete via My Auto DM dashboard
If you have an active My Auto DM account:
- Sign in to your My Auto DM account.
- Go to Connections and disconnect all Meta platform connections. This removes your access tokens immediately.
- To delete your entire account and all associated data, email us at dhananjay.singh011@gmail.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include your registered email address. We will delete all your data within 30 days and confirm via email.
Option 2: Revoke access via Facebook
You can revoke My Auto DM’s access to your Facebook or Instagram data directly from Facebook:
- Go to your Facebook App Settings.
- Find My Auto DM in the list of connected apps.
- Click Remove.
When you remove the app from Facebook, Meta automatically notifies us and we will delete all data associated with your Meta user ID within 30 days.
Option 3: Submit a direct deletion request
You can also send a data deletion request directly to us at any time:
Email:
dhananjay.singh011@gmail.comSubject: Data Deletion Request
Please include your registered email address and/or your Facebook/Instagram account name so we can locate your records.
We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Upon a valid deletion request, we will permanently delete:
- Your My Auto DM account and login credentials
- All platform connections and associated OAuth tokens
- All messages, contacts, and automation rules

Note: Deletion of data from Meta’s own systems is governed by Meta’s Privacy Policy. We can only delete data within our own systems.
