1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using My Auto DM (“the Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply in addition to Meta’s own Terms of Service and Platform Policies which also govern your use of connected Meta accounts.

2. Description of Service

My Auto DM is a social media automation platform that allows you to connect your Instagram and Facebook Pages via OAuth and configure automated responses to incoming messages and comments. The Service acts as an intermediary that calls the Meta Graph API on your behalf.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must have the legal authority to connect the social media accounts you link to the Service.
• Business accounts must be used for lawful commercial purposes only.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at dhananjay.singh011@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or harassing content.
• Violate Meta’s Community Standards, Terms of Service, or Platform Policies.
• Impersonate any person or organization.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or fraudulent content.
• Conduct any activity that violates applicable law.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

6. Meta Platform Compliance

You acknowledge that the Service is built on the Meta Platform and that your use of any Instagram or Facebook features through the Service is subject to Meta’s policies. You are responsible for ensuring your automations comply with those policies, including restrictions on messaging frequency and content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if your use of the Service causes My Auto DM to violate Meta’s policies or risks our app approval status.

7. Intellectual Property

The My Auto DM platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of all content you create and automations you configure. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that content as necessary to deliver the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We are not responsible for any changes Meta makes to its API, platform policies, or features that may affect the functionality of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or by deleting your account from the dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
